The actual price depends on the length of stay (i.e. if you rent the apartment for the whole season the rate will be cheaper than for 1 month only) - Please note: The minimum stay is 1 month. Studio apartment (2 people):   700 euros. Studio apartment (3 people):   900 euros. 2 bedroom apartment (up to 5 people):  1300 euros. *All prices are for one month

Booking and payment information:

Bookings can be made either by phone or e-mail. All bookings are subject to a 50% deposit and will be held for a maximum of a week pending receipt of your deposit.  Payments can be made by direct transfer to our bank account (details of which will be supplied at the time of the booking) or by personal cheque. Confirmation of the booking will be sent to you by fax or e-mail once your payment has cleared. The remainder of your payment is expected upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your booking more than 4 weeks from your arrival a full refund of your deposit (minus any bank charges) will be made. If  you cancel less than 4 weeks from your arrival, we regret that no refund will be possible.
